The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a good area, very close to temples and Namba. the central location was a plus. Visited Korea Bar Harapeko for a few drinks, it was at a medium distance from the venue- recommend.

It was very convenient to get to the airport from the hotel. We asked how to do it at the jr station. They gave us the times the direct train leaves for the airport

We couldn't get clear directions how to get to the hotel from the airport. We got the wrong train and ended up getting a taxi from Namba. It shouldn't be too hard to update the website with clear details how to get to the hotel using JR.

Cool air conditioning in the room and it was super clean. Also, the view from the room was pretty rad! 🌇

A mistake was made and they tried very hard to rectify. Much better than any other hotel I have stayed at. We made reservations for 2 rooms, but only one was available. Hotel found another room and made reservations for us. They did not have my bookings.com reservation and charged me full price for 2 nites. Several hours later came to my room apologized and charged me the bookings.com rate, less the cost for 2nd room at other hotel. Now, that is service....

No wireless, no internet, limited English tv. Only 10 on cable stations.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better for young people wanting to explore the Shinsaibashi shopping areas. It is conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to hop on the train and get to your desired destination quickly. Plus, being in a mall means you have quick access to food and drinks, perfect for a morning coffee or a quick food run between shopping sessions.

The hotel could improve on the noise insulation between the rooms, as it can get a bit noisy at times, which may disturb your sleep.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is conveniently located right above multiple train stations, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The value for money is also great, with reasonable prices for clean and comfortable rooms. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel was wonderful, I truly enjoyed the new-fashioned rooms and accommodating staff. the breakfast offered plenty of food and was delicious and superb. - the location was favorable and easy to travel to a castle and a palace within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located right at the train station and in the shopping mall! The convenience couldn't be beat, especially with our JRPASS. The view from our 12th-floor room was absolutely amazing. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was hands down the best we've experienced in Japan. With all these great features and the affordable price, we highly recommend Hotel Keihan Kyobashi Grande. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great view and delicious breakfast!
